Participatory Design
More a philosophy than a technique, participatory design just means that the development team includes potential users of the system in their design and testing efforts.

What We Do
Most of the projects we do involve real users in the development process, from generating concepts to refining designs and testing the prototypes. Our philosophy is to get end-user participation at every opportunity.
What You Get
Involving users in your projects at early stages means you get more detailed understanding of how your users think, what they value, and how they act. They help you identify issues before those issues become help-desk calls. Projects developed with this understanding will be more intuitive and easier to support in the long run.
