User Experience Requirements
Identifying user experience requirements (or usability requirements) refers to the gathering of information about the conditions under which a product must operate.
What We Do
We use a variety of methods to characterize users and their environment, identify system requirements for the user interface, and analyze the tasks that are affected by the product or service in question. Techniques can include observation, interviews, phone or web surveys, or indirect data-collection (sometimes called non-reactive measures).
What You Get
Output can include anything from guidelines to mockups that illustrate the usability requirements. The deep understanding that results from a good requirements analysis leads to more appropriate, intuitive, usable design.
